The Best Pancakes I've Had Yet!

And I'm not even a huge pancake fan - more of a waffle type of gal. I followed the recipe from Kris on Allrecipes: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/162760/fluffy-pancakes/?internalSource=hub%20recipe&referringContentType=Search
I grew up using pancake mix because my parents were always busy with work so that was the fastest way to eat it or.... we'd get them from McDonalds or iHOP.
BUT! This morning, I decided I was going to make pancakes from scratch and it was the best food decision I made today. It was just so easy to make! The pancakes were SOOO fluffy and not to sweet.
