I mean - I LOVE tomato based food and it's even better when it comes with bread or carbs, in general :) Here's a very simple tomato and bread recipe, below

Recipe:
2 Tomatoes. I used one pint of cherry tomatoes
2 slices of rye bread, or any bread good for toast
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute or chopped basil/oregano
Salt/Pepper
Red Pepper flakes
Parmigiano cheese (optional)
Directions:
Wash and cut tomatoes into slice or in half, depending on the type of tomatoes you're using
Combine and mix in a bowl, the tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, seasoning/herbs, salt and pepper
On the bread, place the tomatoes
Put in the air fryer for 10mins at 350 degrees
Drizzle the sauce from the mixture onto the toast (be careful, it's hot!) and grate on some cheese and add a pinch of red pepper flakes
Wait for the tomatoes to cool before eating
Enjoy!
