Classic Lemon Bars

I've always wanted to make lemon bars since I watched it in Nancy Drew movie. There's a scene where Nancy Drew pulls out a lemon bar from a tin can and it just looked so delicious!

I used Chef John's Food Wishes recipe (https://foodwishes.blogspot.com/2013/05/lemon-bars-for-lasting-mothers-day.html)

It was simple to follow but at one point, I thought I slightly over-baked the crust and filling, which I did but still tasted delicious! It was tart but not too tart, sweet but not too sweet. Enjoy!
